Waterproof agent for all types of materials employed in architecture with a base of water and methylsiliconate. It creates a superficial layer in the area where it is applied to protect the surface from water and the negative effects arising from its contact.
Excellent resistance to water, reducing water absorption in the substrate avoiding deficiencies in the material and the emergence of carbonations. It penetrates the substrate without creating a superficial film. Pearl effect finish after creating a transparent layer. Permeable to water vapour and waterproof to liquid water. It protects the surface from dirt. It creates a highly waterproof layer in a maximum time of 24 hours.
